​Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month except for July, November, and December.

Meetings are in the Living History Stables Classroom at Fort Concho, starting at 6:30 p.m.

The CVAS is a way to promote a formal means by which individuals interested in anthropological and archeological studies in the State of Texas and related areas may come together for mutual benefit.

​

The CVAS encourages the scientific collection, preservation, classification, study and publication of ethnological materials and archeological remains.
